Specifications
Roller
Rollers are custom designed and machined precisely by advanced technology, modern machines (lathes, CNC precision machining, plasma cutting machines) placed inside the factory.
Rollers are hardened through vacuum heat treatment (Taiwan technology) and chrome plating (55-58 HRC).
Made by hardened steel and connected by bolts which make machinery sturdy, easy to maintain, and avoid deformation while operating.
Cutting and Pressing
We apply the Kaizen and 5S principles to the manufacturing process. This improves the accuracy of machine parts.
Shearing and Punching die sets are separated, made by S50C or SKD, gone through vacuum heat treatment to have a longer lifespan (60-64 HRC).
Control System
Machine operate smoothly thanks to advanced automatic and easy-to-use PLC & Touchscreen controls. Modern controls that set up a clear, detailed, and understandable interface with the operator - increasing the functionality, usability, aesthetics, and precision of the machine.
Payment term
TT, you should pay 30% as the deposit on the order day, then pay 70% before delivery when you inspect goods well in factory or by video.
Warranty
18 months, and lifelong technical support service.
Installation
If you need, we will send one technician to your factory to install & testing the machine. You should assist the technician to get Visa and pay for flight tickets and local accommodation, and pay 100 USD/day for salary.
