1. Product Profile:
Standing seam snap lock self lock roofing sheet compared to stadition roof pane,no need seaming and cliper. Our ock self lock roofing sheet roll forming Machine can be used a workshop. The final product can be cut as per set length controller,and the length is automatically measured by encoder. When final product reached set length,machine will stop to cut the sheet automatically.Finish thhis action, the machine will run again continuously.

Components and Technical Specification
1) Manual Uncoiler
Usage: It is used to support the steel coil and uncoil it in a turnable way. The steel coil is uncoiled by hand.
Loading capacity: 5T
Inner diameter: 500-508mm
2) Feeding Table
Put the raw material(steel plate) through the beach to manufacture and process, it can guarantee that the products are neat, parallel and everything is uniformity. Please refer to the equipment regulation to know the function of locate angle iron.
3) Hydraulic System

4) Computer Control Cabinet

Prepare material of trial running.
Provide labors for assistance and installation during installation
